HelloDive appointed as exclusive Greater China representative for Pacific Dive Vanuatu
We are pleased to announce that HelloDive has officially entered into an exclusive partnership with Pacific Dive Vanuatu. Under this agreement, HelloDive is appointed as the exclusive representative for Pacific Dive in the Greater China region, including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan.

Compared with more familiar Pacific dive destinations such as Fiji or Palau, Vanuatu remains relatively underrepresented in the Chinese-speaking market. However, this low market awareness stands in sharp contrast to the country’s exceptional diving resources. Vanuatu offers a pristine marine environment, diverse dive sites, and is particularly renowned internationally for its outstanding wreck diving.
Pacific Dive operates primarily around Espiritu Santo, an island that played a key logistical role during World War II in the South Pacific. Today, the surrounding waters are home to several large, well-preserved historical shipwrecks. These wrecks are notable for their scale, structural integrity, and the way marine life has naturally integrated with the remains, creating a rare combination of historical depth and immersive underwater experiences.

At HelloDive, we have consistently focused on identifying and developing emerging dive destinations for the Chinese-speaking market. Following our successful work in expanding awareness of Fiji as a diving destination, we see Vanuatu as a natural next step and a key component of our broader South Pacific island strategy. In addition, Vanuatu’s visa-free entry policy for Chinese passport holders significantly lowers the barrier for exploration and travel.
In terms of access, travellers from China typically reach Vanuatu via Nadi, connecting onward to Port Vila, followed by a domestic flight to Espiritu Santo. Australia and New Zealand both offer direct international flights to Port Vila, while Brisbane also operates direct flights to Espiritu Santo, providing flexible routing options for divers.

Beyond diving, Vanuatu is a country of remarkable natural diversity. Visitors can experience dramatic landscapes such as active volcanoes that are accessible for trekking, as well as unique attractions including the world’s only underwater post office. These elements position Vanuatu as a destination that combines diving, adventure, and distinctive cultural experiences.

Through this exclusive partnership, we will leverage HelloDive’s strengths in Chinese-language content creation, community engagement, and travel distribution to introduce Vanuatu’s diving offerings in a structured and accessible way to the Greater China market. Together with Pacific Dive, we look forward to steadily building awareness and interest in this exceptional South Pacific destination among Chinese-speaking divers.
