The optional setup service is useful if you need help establishing your Chinese channels and planning your initial market approach. It can be purchased on its own or alongside any plan, including Free. If your accounts and basic setup are already in place, you can move straight to a monthly plan.

Growth and Strategic include advertising management. The amount paid to advertising platforms is separate from the monthly service fee. We agree the media budget with you before any paid campaign begins.

Visibility and Growth have a minimum term of six months; Strategic has a minimum term of twelve months. This gives us time to build a consistent presence, learn from audience response and refine the work together. Free listing has no marketing subscription requirement.

Yes. Chinese-speaking staff on site can enhance the guest experience, but you do not need a fully established Chinese-speaking team to begin. Many Chinese-speaking divers can communicate in basic English while still relying primarily on Chinese-language channels to discover destinations and plan trips. Our focus is to help more of these divers discover your business, with audience targeting and messaging suited to the service you can offer.

If you are considering Chinese-language guest support or building a team, we can discuss practical options during our strategy calls, based on your needs and stage of development.

Paid marketing plans include routine social media direct-message replies and management. To help your own team receive and follow up on enquiries, our optional setup service includes support with setting up a WeChat customer-service account. We will agree how enquiries are passed to your team and who follows up on booking requests.

If you prefer HelloDive to act as your travel agent and market partner, we can also agree a separate arrangement to handle Chinese-language enquiries and bookings on your behalf. HelloDive earns commission on bookings under that arrangement, so discounted rates can apply to your chosen marketing plan. Responsibilities, commission and the applicable discount are agreed in your proposal.

To create accurate, engaging content, we need up-to-date product information, suitable photos and videos you have permission to use, and details of seasonal offers or operational changes. A main point of contact who can answer questions and confirm details helps keep the work moving. We will agree any additional supplier support for visits or campaigns when planning those activities.

We agree what progress looks like for your business at the outset, then review relevant indicators such as content reach, audience engagement and enquiries. Where you can share booking outcomes, we can also assess how enquiries progress towards bookings. Marketing cannot guarantee a fixed number of enquiries or sales; results also depend on seasonality, your offer, availability and the follow-up experience.

Weekly written updates keep you informed about activity and what we are learning. Monthly reports and strategy calls bring together performance data, relevant destination and market insights, and competitor comparisons to help us refine the approach. Your product updates, timely feedback and enquiry outcomes give us a fuller picture and help us make better-informed decisions together.
